Finishing Powder – Matte is a silky blend of the lightest minerals. Applied after foundation, this powder will aid in oil absorption, as well as add a smooth, matte, “airbrushed” look.  This Finishing Powder – Matte appears white but applies translucently over any mineral foundation shade.
